Réservation & Paiements

Un acompte (généralement 30 à 50% des frais de location) est requis pour confirmer votre réservation.

Le solde est dû avant l'embarquement, selon les termes énoncés dans votre contrat d'affrètement.

Les paiements peuvent être effectués par virement bancaire ou par d'autres méthodes acceptées communiquées lors de la réservation.

Services de Yacht et d'Équipage

Tous les yachts sont équipés d'un équipage professionnel (capitaine, chef et matelots de pont en fonction de la taille du yacht).

Les clients sont responsables du respect du navire, de l'équipage et des lois maritimes locales.

Une connexion Wi-Fi, des salles de bains privatives avec articles de toilette et des équipements de sports nautiques (tels que des planches à pagaie et du matériel de plongée avec tuba) sont disponibles sur certains yachts.

Responsabilité et Assurance

Ekmar Yachting est une agence de voyage enregistrée et agréée auprès de TÜRSAB, garantissant le respect total de la réglementation turque en matière de voyages.

Les clients sont responsables de leurs effets personnels pendant la location.

Nous vous recommandons de souscrire une assurance voyage et santé couvrant les annulations, les urgences médicales et les biens personnels.

Annulation de la réservation

Directives d'Annulation de Réservation

6 mois ou plus avant l'affrètement
20% du total des frais d'affrètement seront retenus. Le montant restant sera remboursé.

Entre 4 et 6 mois avant l'affrètement
30% du total des frais d'affrètement seront retenus. Vous pouvez également demander de reporter votre réservation pour l'année suivante.

Entre 2 et 4 mois avant l'affrètement
40% du total des frais d'affrètement seront retenus. Les réservations peuvent être reportées à l'année suivante sur demande.

Moins de 2 mois avant l'affrètement
50% du montant total de la location sera conservé. Vous pouvez également choisir de réserver à nouveau pour l'année suivante, sous réserve de disponibilité.

Nous nous efforçons d'offrir de la flexibilité tout en veillant à ce que la charte de vos rêves puisse être planifiée en douceur.

Termes et conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 6 months or more before the charter start date
The Booking Agency will retain 20% of the total charter fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the charterer.

Cancellations made between 4 and 6 months prior to the charter start date
The Booking Agency will retain 30% of the total charter fee. Alternatively, the charterer may request to reschedule the booking for the following year.

Cancellations made between 2 and 4 months prior to the charter start date
The Booking Agency will retain 40% of the total charter fee. Bookings may also be transferred to the following year upon request.

Cancellations made less than 2 months prior to the charter start date
The Booking Agency will retain 50% of the total charter fee. Rebooking for the following year is possible, subject to availability.

All refunds will be processed according to the payment method used for the original booking.
