1. Bookings & Inquiries

All inquiries submitted through our website are requests, not confirmed reservations. A charter is only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and any required deposit has been received. Prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change until confirmed.

2. Payments & Deposits

A deposit is typically required to secure a charter, with the balance due before the start of your cruise. Exact payment terms, amounts, and deadlines are specified in your individual charter agreement.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment conditions vary by yacht and season and are set out in your charter agreement. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, delay, and personal belongings.

4. Itineraries & Weather

Routes shown on this site are indicative. The captain may alter the itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Responsibilities of Guests

  • Provide accurate guest information and travel documents.
  • Follow the reasonable instructions of the captain and crew, particularly regarding safety.
  • Respect the yacht, its equipment, and other guests.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, force majeure, or third-party service failures). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
