1. Booking & Reservations

Standard charter prices typically include the yacht rental, crew services, insurance, and onboard equipment (such as kayaks or snorkeling gear). Fuel, food, beverages, marina fees, and custom VAT terms vary depending on the charter type (Gulet, Motor Yacht, Catamaran) and will be clearly detailed in your booking proposal.

A booking is confirmed once the charter agreement is signed and a deposit (usually 30% to 50% of the total amount) is received. The remaining balance is typically payable 30 to 45 days prior to embarkation or as specified in your agreement.

Cancellations made prior to final payment may forfeit the initial deposit. If canceled closer to the charter date, terms depend on whether the yacht can be re-booked for the same period. Detailed terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions and MYBA / Local Charter Agreements.

2. Onboard Experience & Services

Absolutely. While sample itineraries are available for popular routes (e.g., Bodrum, Gocek, Marmaris, or the Greek Islands), your Captain will gladly adjust the daily route based on your preferences, weather conditions, and safety standards.

Before your trip, we provide an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) or Preference Sheet where you can specify food tastes, dietary restrictions, and beverage choices. The chef prepares tailored daily menus based on your exact specifications.

Yes, most of our luxury charter yachts are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi or satellite internet. Signal strength may vary slightly when cruising between remote bays or islands.

3. Safety, Crew & Policies

Children of all ages are welcome on board! We can provide safety netting around the deck upon request. Pet policies vary per vessel; please inform us in advance if you plan to travel with a pet so we can recommend pet-friendly yachts.

Every yacht in our fleet meets international maritime safety standards. The Captain and crew hold certified licenses in navigation, first aid, fire safety, and sea survival to ensure a completely secure voyage.

Crew gratuities are customary in yacht chartering but remain at your discretion based on service quality. Industry standard tips typically range between 5% and 15% of the base charter fee.

4. Preparation & Departure

Soft luggage or duffel bags are highly recommended, as hard suitcases can damage yacht surfaces and take up storage space. Pack lightweight resort wear, swimwear, sun protection, and soft-soled deck shoes (shoes are generally not worn inside the cabins).

Standard embarkation usually begins around 15:00 – 16:00 on Saturday, and disembarkation is by 09:00 – 10:00 on the final morning to allow deep cleaning between charters. Specific times will be confirmed in your boarding pass.

Yes, our team can organize VIP transfers, luxury chauffeur services, or helicopter charters directly from the airport to the yacht’s marina.
